Earl’s place was very large and accommodated our needs as business colleagues very well. It was close to transportation,restaurants and downtown Albany.

The location is just across the street from the beautiful park, so it is very walkable. The place itself is very clean, cozy and have everything I needed. There are helpful instructions everywhere around the place -- whatever I think I am confused or needed I can always find a help guide right at the spot! Lloyd is also great on communicating. I received plenty instructions and guidance before arrived. Upon arrival, I couldn't get in first time because I turned the door knobe the wrong direction, and Lloyd answered my call in a minute and helped me get in. Overall, great experience! I'll certainly consider here again if I ever pay another visit to Albany.

I came in late in the evening of 12.24.2024. Richard and his wife where waiting for me at the apartment, to let me in, give me the keys and show me the apartment. Since the next day all the stores where closed, they had some groceries waiting in the fridge for me, to get me over, which was very kind of them. Since I have been to the area for the first time, Richard also told me some places in the area, that are nice to visit. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and I had a very pleasant stay.

I’m a travel nurse and enjoyed finding this place close to AMC . It’s a spacious 1 Bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed , well equipped kitchen , I appreciated the blackout curtains- to keep out light and a bit of cold draft . Owner very responsive and friendly. It’s a older home with character, parking available, or lots of free street parking

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

Loved this place! Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, great location, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the park. It’s everything I was looking for, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Lindsay’s place! Be aware that it’s on the second floor with several stairs to enter in an older home but everything was exactly as expected! Her home was so quiet throughout our stay which was important for me as I had long days for my work trip. The back patio room is so wonderful and has lots of windows for a nice breeze and to take in nature. Lindsay has 2 big fans in the house that we used to cool things down as it got stuffy at times (just that time of year!). She also had a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, all the things! Troy seems to have some concerning areas safety wise and this was not one of them! We felt at home and safe during our stay!

Very friendly and hospitable host who left out snacks and anything we might have forgotten. Felt at home and place had everything we needed. I had difficulty finding driveway because it was dusk but I saw a sign during the day. The unit is attached to another house which I didn’t realize in advance and went into wrong driveway.

Keneisha's Airbnb was centrally located, clean and easily accessible. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was just as described. It was beautifully decorated and furnished, with bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies on hand. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others. I nished

Such a gem of an airbnb! Was simply amazed at how well done everything in the apartment was and how beautifully decorated. You walk in and instantly feel at home and lucky that this is a space you can spend time! The apartment was super spacious, beds really comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had every item you would need for a short or long stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and super helpful with any questions I had regarding the area. Loved being a short drive to Albany and Troy as well as a short walk to Peebles State Park that had an awesome trail! I highly recommend this airbnb and hope to stay again!

Jerome’s place was a perfect spot for us to stay while we visited our relatives and friends in the area. It was very charming, provided everything we needed, and clean. I would recommend Jerome’s place for any stay in the capital district.

Loved my stay at David’s beautiful parlour floor apartment. The photos do not lie: the historic details inspired, loved the high ceilings too. Walkable to great restaurants, which was a bonus as I'm not much of a food. Highly recommended.

A great place for a skiing getaway at Jiminy Peek Resort! Ski - in, ski -out, a lovely appointed condo, with access to a hot tub. Frank was most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his place.

My stay was smooth and the condo was nice. I was on a business trip so I didn't have much time in the room besides sleeping which was quiet

Ronnie’s Place was perfect for our stay! Highly recommend as a place to stay if in the Capital Region area as it’s locally on the outskirts of Albany. We were in New York to celebrate a Grandchild’s Sweet 16th Birthday” & “Holiday’s” This place was great for our family visit and made it easier on us. Everything was immaculate & clean. One of my favorites was the bathroom/laundry room it was so nicely decorated with items for laundry use but placed it these awesome essentials bottles. I may add something like that to my laundry room LOL. We didn’t get to utilize the other great amenities due to the weather. We differently will come back again soon as we travel to New York frequently.

I rented this condo for some of my staff who said their stay was great. Four mechanics sharing a condo at a ski resort, they were easy to please.

Second year in a row staying here. And another perfect vacation. Great location, amenities are perfect, clean condo, and the owner is responsive when needed. Can't wait to stay here again.

Had a great time at Jiminy Peak. The location for the rental was great and we would definitely go back again!
