Centrally located in Renfrew, only a quick walk to main street shopping, the Renfrew Fair Grounds, and local trail systems. This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Small two piece bathroom and small shower (similar in size to what you would find in a camping trailer) as well, all within the unit. Couch in living room also pulls out for an extra sleeping space. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

Water jugs and firewood for the wood stove and bon fire are provided.
