We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Private Studio Apartment; Kitchen; Fully Furnished

This 625 sqft fully furnished studio apartment has its own private entrance and sleeps 2-3 with a queen bed and Murphy bed. Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? PLEASE do not wait until just before checkin to let us know that!)

A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

Remote work with stunning water views through the wall of windows & in cold weather light a fire while sunlight floods the living space. Two queen bedrooms & bunk bed room sleeps 6 guests, great for families or a small gathering of friends. 5 min drive to ocean beach with great swimming & surfing at Smith Point.
