NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

The Butterfly House in the Mienbacher Waldgarten is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call it a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for family or friends seeking tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also farm animal ark and member of the Naturgarten e. V., accordingly creaks and fleucht, buzzes and hums it with us. The toilets and shower facilities can be found at the seminar house.

Walle, the small log cabin! Located on the edge of the forest, nestled in our yard . We are a family of six with a lovely dog currently 20 chickens and 2 running ducks!!I There is a large vegetable garden and a small biotope as well as a trampoline, a slide, sandbox and a treehouse on the property. As a guest, you still have enough privacy in your cabin and can enjoy your peace and quiet.
