A stunning apartment with 2 bedrooms, overlooking the garden, pool and golf course from the large opened terrace. Located just 150 metres from El Cason - the resort centre with the restaurant and SPAR supermarket. The Hacienda Riquelme resort is well established around the fantastic Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. There is a beautiful Club house with a bar, restaurant, supermarket, tennis courts, 19 pools and verdant gardens. .Best beaches of Costa Blanca are just 20 minutes from the resort.

Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.
