Holiday rentals with beach access in Reggio Calabria

We had an amazing stay. The host picked us up from the airport, drove us through the local shops, showed us where the train station was, recommended restaurants and shops, and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport. The place was beautiful, right on the beach, with the most amazing view, where you can watch the sunset, was magical. I would advise anyone to stay here, I would say to bring swim shoes as the beach is very rocky. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to this wonderful host xx

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern abgezeichnet. Guisseppe hat alles getan um uns die Ankunft so entspannt zu machen wie möglich. Wir empfehlen im Vorhinein ein Auto zu mieten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, da mann den nächsten Ort nur fussläufig über eine Landstrasse oder am Strand lang erreicht. Es gibt ein schönes Kaffee auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Der Strand ist leer und eignet sich hervorragend für einen Entspannungsurlaub. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

The apartment was simply amazing! The huge terrace with uninterrupted views of Scilla beach was perfect for relaxing, watching the cruise ships and also eating outside. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer as it was just perfect.

Kiva asunto. kattohuoneiston terassilla kiva syödä iltaisin koko perheellä. Meri oli lähellä ja oli helppo käydä uimassa. myös linja-auto pysäkki oli lähellä. myös ruoka-kauppa muutaman minuutin kävelyn päässä.

La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

Die Kommunikation mit Davide war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Er und seine Frau sind großartige Gastgeber, die hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants geben. Davids Mutter, Gianfranca, empfing uns herzlich und zeigte uns die liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, die den Bildern entspricht. Mit ihrer freundlichen Art und den köstlichen typischen Gebäckstücken aus der Region hat sie uns sofort das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Sie gab uns eine nützliche Liste mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Terrasse ist schön gestaltet und der Strand, der mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichnet ist, ist leicht zu erreichen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, und wenn man Lust hat, etwas zu entdecken, gibt es in der Nähe viele wunderschöne Plätze wie Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Savoca, Letojanni und die Liparischen Inseln. Insgesamt hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub und können diesen Ort nur empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder und grazie mille!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, sei es der Bahnhof, der Strand oder die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das macht die Anreise und die Erkundung der Umgebung super bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war unkompliziert und schnell. Er war immer erreichbar und hat alle unsere Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Ausflugstipps hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und bot eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfohlen👍🏼☀️!

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Ogromne mieszkanie z 3 balkonami, ogromnym salonem, oddzielną kuchnią i dwiema łazienkami. Pełne wyposażenie. Pralka, żelazko, kosmetyki i dodatkowe ręczniki. Wspaniali właściciele, którzy zaopiekowali się nami znakomicie. Dali wskazówki udanego pobytu. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Minuta drogi do morza, restauracji. 5 minutą do lokalnego sklepu pachnącego Włochami. 7 minut na dworzec PKP. Polecamy spacer do Catony, podróż na Sycylię tramwajem wodnym, wizytę w Melito di Porto Salve. Polecam serdecznie wszystkim szukających prawdziwych Włoch.

We kregen een bijzonder hartelijk welkom in het heerlijke huis direct aan het strand. Vrienden van Enzo stonden klaar met uitgebreide informatie en een lekkere fles rosé (dank Ewa en Salvatore!). De supermarkt en een geweldige koffiebar zijn op loopafstand. Het huis is niet bijzonder luxe ingericht maar daar ben je niet vaak. Op het strand, op het balkon of onder het huis in de schaduw is het erg fijn! De airco in iedere kamer werkt uitstekend. De trein komt een paar keer per uur dicht langs het huis, maar 's nachts rijdt hij niet. Dan is het lekker rustig. Wij bevelen het huis zeker aan!

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

l'appartamento sembra uno di quelli che vedi nei programmi televisivi, ti lascia a bocca aperta! È arredato con cura, con tutti i confort e anche più di quelli richiesti. È un posto che sa di " mare". Pulizia, abitabilità, servizi e confort non mancano in questa casa. Ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Appartamento perfetto, ha tutto per passare una vacanza “come essere a casa”. Lavatrice/asciugatrice a chiudere il cerchio dei servizi dell’appartamento. Ma anche macchinetta caffè (o per i nostalgici c’è anche la caffettiera), lavastoviglie, forno, forno microonde, ma anche scrittoio, cabina armadio, stanza da letto separata da sala/cucina. Serramenti nuovi che tolgono i rumori dati dalla strada, bagno con doccia spaziosa. Comunicazione con l’host perfetta, sempre gentile e veloce nelle risposte. Check-in perfetto e flessibile negli orari. Check-out senza problemi di orario. Posizione superlativa: basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia. Che altro dire… è stato un piacere passare le vacanze in questo appartamento. Grazie Pietro, per tutto. Se tornerò a Messina, saprò già dove prenotare.

Claudia hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns direkt auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Air B N B bereit gestellt ( Butter, Brote, Kekse, Jogurt). Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand und neben einem kleinen Kiosk bei dem man sich Getränke und Eis holen kann und ca. 30 Minuten von Taormina entfernt. Der Balkon geht zur Straße hinaus, was wir aber wussten und für uns kein Problem war. Wir fanden es richtig schön und genau das Richtige für eine Woche Strand, Siesta in der Wohnung, und wieder Strand. Vielen Dank Claudia:)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Floriana. Sie war sehr flexibel und reagierte schnell auf unsere Anliegen. Die Wohnung hat einen wundervollen Blick auf die Straße von Messina und ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof einfach und zeitnah zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine sehr leckere Pizzeria! Grazie!

Le logement est vraiment parfait. Tout est propre et parfaitement fonctionnel. À l'arrivée on est un peu intimidé par les projets de construction en face mais quand on arrive dans l'appartement on est séduit par la qualité de l'endroit. pour nous c'était exactement ce que nous cherchions avant de prendre le traversier vers la Sicile. Merci ce logement à parfaitement répondu à nos attentes malgré les projets de construction en face . Nous avons adoré notre séjour et il y a une épicerie à 5 minutes à pied ! Denis, Josiane et les Kids !

Daniela is a wonderful host, always helpful and caring. On the first day of our stay I asked for a few things and Daniela delivered them very quickly. In the apartment we felt at home, there was everything we needed. Santa Teresa di Riva is a very nice town, ideal for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to various attractive places (e.g. Taormina) that are easy to reach. The sea, shops and restaurants a few steps from the apartment. I recommend this place and Daniela's apartment.

We loved our stay here. Giuseppe is an attentive host and offers help and advice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have experienced, especially if you enjoy cooking as we do. The view from the kitchen window is stunning! The harbour side balcony view overlooking the Straights of Messina to Scilly is pretty unique. It is nearby to a busy road but that aside it is a great place to have a long sunlight even meal.

Una casa accogliente e piena di luce, dotata di spazi autonomi e un terrazzino abitabile dove tornare a respirare nel silenzio e prendere il sole. Un letto perfetto dove fare pace con le insonnie cittadine... È stato davvero piacevole trascorrere 5 giorni tra lavoro da remoto e relax in questo appartamenti che giorno dopo giorno diventava un po' casa mia. Difficile andarsene.
