Casa da Avó Andrade, rehabilitated in honor of Maria de Teixeira de Andrade, is the ideal mountain retreat for those who want to disconnect from the stress of city life and emerge in an environment of peace, quiet and tranquility surrounded by nature and the most beautiful landscapes that Cabeceiras de Basto has to offer. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, a fireplace, a coffee maker, a balcony, etc.

Sara's Cabin

The Cabana da Sara, completed in June '25, was designed and built by ourselves. Sustainability played a major role in this. We opted for a lot of windows so that nature is always close by, even when you are sitting comfortably inside. The cottage is (ecologically) insulated and equipped with infrared heating, a pleasant and welcome warmth during the sometimes chilly North Portuguese winters. The cottage is on our meadow, at the bottom of our grounds. You are surrounded by greenery and tranquility.

Excellent for bathing, swimming, or simply walking along more than 2 km of the Cabril River. It is located about 2 km from the center of the village if you want to walk along the Roman road. The bungalow features a double bed with a unique view of the river, a kitchenette for light meals, a bathroom with shower, and a suspended deck.
