هذه ثاني مرة اسكن فيها المسكن مريح و الفيلا واسعة جداً والغرف كثيرة وطريقة تصميمها كلاسيكي أنيق حتى اضاءة الشمس تدخل من كل مكان ويوجد حديقة رائعة بها اشجار عطرية وجلسات خارجية جميلة ولعبة قفز للاطفال وديوانية خارجية لمن اراد ان يجرب الجلسة السعودية الاصيلة اشكر الاخ عبدالله الشهراني المستضيف على رحابة صدره وسرعة استجابته لكل شيء.

اقامة جيدة جدا تكفي الحاجه لعائلة بسيطة نظيفة ومرتبه وفي جميع الاحتياجات جاهزه ومجهزة خدكات الترفيه موجودة تقيمي ممتاز ومرضيه جدا وان شاء الله لي زيارة اخرى بحول الله تعالى

الاخ علي مضيف مميز، متواصل ومهتم بالضيوف ويحاول يلبي جميع الاحتياجات، وتسجيل الوصول كان ذاتي. الشقة في عمارة هادئة وسكان محترمين، يوجد مصعد ومواقف متوفرة بكثرة وشارع واسع، التكييف والنت ممتاز، المفارش نظيفة جداً وواضح العناية في الشقة، المطبخ فيه أغلب الأشياء الضرورية وبإمكانك الطبخ فيه. السعر ممتاز جداً مقابل مميزات الشقة.

The house is so beautiful, location is perfect (7mins away from the Marina), and Ismail was one of the best hosts I had. Thanks so much for our stay, definitely will be coming back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Imaad’s Traditional Home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. Imaad, the owner, is an incredible person who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond to any queries or issues we had, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The house itself is in an ideal location, just two main roads away from the Haram courtyard, which made our visits extremely convenient. It was perfect for those looking to be close to the holy site without sacrificing comfort. Additionally, Imaad had recently invested in a new washing machine and dryer, which was a great addition and really made a difference during our stay. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home with an outstanding host.

Nette Leute und ein schönes Haus- gerne wieder!

Appartamento nuovo, molto bello, con cortile interno dove parcheggiare l'auto (di dimensioni non eccessive) e piacevole spazio esterno. Camera da letto molto spaziosa, zona giorno piacevole e confortevole. Dotato di tutti i confort e vicino alla spiaggia ed al centro del paese (a piedi circa 15/20 minuti). Host non presente di persona ma molto veloce nel rispondere e disponibile. Super consigliato!!!

Super semaine au sein de l’appartement de moe. Rien a redire l’hote est accueillant et le logement a hauteur de mes attentes

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. L’emplacement est idéal, calme mais proche de tout a 9 min en voiture pour masjid al nabawi . L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Ahmed nagyon kedves és vendégszerető! a lakás nagyon szép és tiszta! Ahmed készített be nekünk kekszet teát vizet és kávét is! Sokkal jobb volt a lakás mint ahogy képzeljük! Ahmed nagyon segítőkész volt!

Tout était au top, je suis arrivé et très bien accueilli, tout le monde a été au point et à l’écoute. Je reviendrais sûrement et conseillerais cette endroit à mes proches.

الشقة نظيفة جداً كان فيه ملاحضات بسيطة وتواصل معي الاستاذ سعد ورحب بملاحضاتي وكان شخص ودود جداً ومستجيب واخلاقه عاليه الله يرزقه من واسع فضلة

Staying at the Beachfront Apartment in Royal Residence 4 was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and a short walk to Soho Square with all its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious, offering all the comforts you could want. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient getaway!

Awesome place, Responsive host The place is clean and nice the only comment that I can is that the LED lights in the rooms sometimes flickers and might need replacing But overall the place is nice clean and Magdy is helpful really liked the place and will consider staying again

Great place in peaceful countryside. We particularly loved the outdoor space to enjoy breakfast and in the evening the glass house to the side.

I can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-located spot for your trip, this is the place. The host was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, providing clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed.

Where do I start! Well from start to finish 5 stars + ⭐️ The communication was almost straight away anything I asked they could answer, the pictures do not do the property justice as the property is beautiful. You are with the locals which I loved its quite so peaceful but if you want the hassle of Sharm it's 10 minutes drive. If you drive it's easy si I would suggest getting a car I didn't but they have a local taxi man Ahmed who was very cheap and took us out most days he was available when ever we needed him. There is also a lovey man Shaben who is staff and he keeps the property looking spotless. This villa is like home from home there's nothing that could be improved we cooked there is everything. The beds are comfortable with hot water to shower, a heated pool with beautiful surroundings what more do you need if you are renting, nothing. Lastly, I would like I like to say thank you to the team for being on point and so friendly, I have shared your property we loved it 😍.

يعطيك العافيه اخ عبدالله سريع التجاوب والفلة جميلة جدآ وبالواقع افضل من الصور والاثاث جديد ونظيف وجميع الاحتياجات اليومية من مطاعم وسوبر ماركات قريبه من المنزل تبعد عن المطار 15 دقيقه الله يوفقك اخ عبدالله ونعم الرجال

Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

Ahmed was exceptional — communicative, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Every detail, from check-in to checkout, was seamless and stress-free. This villa isn't just a place to stay — it’s a whole experience. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape with amazing beach, you won't find a better option. We’re already planning our return trip!

C’était un incroyable séjour, la villa correspondais à 100% à nos attentes. Tout était semblable au photo, l’hôte a été très réactif et flexible et nous a donner de nombreux contacts pour nous déplacer ou pour les commerces à proximité.
