Holiday rentals with a pool in Red Sea Governorate

Positiv: Die Kommunikation war immer sehr sehr schnell und einfach. Alle waren freundlich - das Apartment ist super schön und sehr sauber - da kann man sich wohl fühlen … Negativ: Leider ist das Apartment in einer Community, die gerade erst fertig gestellt wird ! Das bedeutet leider am Strand sowie im apartment und im Bereich des Pools ist tagsüber so viel Lärm von den diversen Baustellen dass man sich leider kaum erholen kann ! Alles ist staubig und schmutzig! Da können die Eigentümer natürlich nichts dafür ….. sollte man aber trotzdem wissen

Unschlagbare Preis-Leistung. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender und hilfreicher Kontakt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, Marina in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Downtown in 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Diese hätte für die Größe der Unterkunft besser sein können (Schneidbretter, scharfe Messer, größere und mehr Gläser) auch ein Kescher oder Besen für den Außenbereich wäre super gewesen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa située dans un lieu sécurisé et proche de toutes les commodités, plage, commerce , marina de Hurghada. Mahmoud est un hote au top et disponible constamment. au niveau de la villa vous avez tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour en famille ou en couple. la piscine est chauffée et très bien entretenue. en tout cas je recommande cette villa. je reviendrais sûrement un jour.

I have just stayed for a month at Tatiana's studio and everything was perfect. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a long stay and the patio garden is very private. Tatiana was very discreet but quick to respond to any questions I had. She also kindly allowed me a flexible check-out time. Sunterra is undergoing an expansion at the moment but the building work did not impact on my stay - the studio is in a very quiet and peaceful place. There are many pools to choose from and the gardens and surroundings are well maintained. When the expansion is finished, there will be restaurants and other shops as part of the development, in addition to the Carrefour which is already there, making it even better. Security in the compound is very good and the staff friendly. Thank you so much Tatiana, I hope to return next time I am in Sharm.

La maison était parfaitement conforme aux photos : propre, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. La localisation est idéale, proche de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’hôte a été très réactif et présent lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit souci, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Merci encore !

We really enjoyed our time at the appartment. It is very conveniently situated opposite of Gourmet, the kitchen is well equiped for extensive cooking sessions and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. amr and Karim are proactive hosts and are super friendly. Thank ypu for hosting.

Tolle Wohnung und Lage vor allem sehr ruhig von den Nachbarn her. Die Wohnung hat eine Top Einrichtung und sehr gepflegt. My boyfriend and I stayed at Mohamed’s airbnb and were more than happy with our stay. We walked in on a hot day to find refreshing, cold water in the fridge with the AC on. He had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location was amazing — only steps away from some stores/restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We already can’t wait to come back!

L'appartamento era in ordine e molto pulito, esattamente come nelle foto. Il responsabile è stato amichevole, disponibile e davvero in gamba. Il check-out è stato super flessibile, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Esperienza positiva sotto ogni aspetto — lo consiglio assolutamente!

Das Apartment hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Es ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner, stilvoller und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Alles war blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
