Distance from the capital Podgorica is only 28 km, 40-minute drive on a new paved road. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the cottage, upon request. Many local restaurants in tune with the ambiance offer delicious domestic food and drinks.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, just under the hill and park Gorica which has a lovely pedestrian zone. It has a free private parking and it is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays and ideal for couples, solo travellers or IT nomades. It is around 20-minute walk from the city centre or 5-minute drive. There are two food stores nereby (IDEA, 3-5 minutes on foot) and a large store (VOLI) - 3-minute drive. There is a restaurant (Stara kuća) in close proximity (on foot).

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.
