Large private car park with a reserved space, suitable for a large van. All in a quiet location, in a Natura 2000 area in Razac sur l'Isle, 100 m from the Voie Verte and 86 km of cycle paths.

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence
