Totally autonomous, you have an independent entrance and a private terrace. 3 minutes from the village shops and 15 minutes from Périgueux by car.

Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Independent studio

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

Very nice 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, bright windows overlooking the garden, bathroom with multi-jet shower and wall-mounted hairdryer. Access to the park of the residence or armchairs and garden tables await you. Features all linens, Wi-Fi and a keybox, self check-in. Large private parking with a reserved space, large van possible. All quiet, close to nature, in the Natura 2000 area in Razac sur l'Isle, 100 m from the greenway and 86 km of bike path.

Beautiful comfortable cottage, jacuzzi, Brantôme

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

Located in the center of Razac, shops within walking distance (bar, tobacco, restaurants, bakery, SNCF train station), 5 min drive from the shopping area. Equipped with 2 TVs. A swimming pool is available from the beginning of June to the end of September because it is not heated, as well as a large garden with parking space to park your vehicle. Ideally located in the heart of Périgord.

Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
