We are in a quiet rural setting, on 28 acres, with horses, goats, and dogs of our own, 15 minutes from Port Macquarie CBD and the beaches, an IGA is 5 minutes away, but it feels like way out in the country. You have you own yard accessed from your veranda, a gazebo with table and chairs and a solar powered light. The small kitchen has most of what you need to cook with.
