It's surrounded on three sides by 35 acres of a forever wild nature preserve which is part of the New York State’s “5 Rivers”. You can hike, cross country ski or snow shoe right out the back door or just sit quietly and enjoy your favorite book along side nature.... and only 2 miles from the Albany border.

Susie's Climax Creations Farm is where you can experience a stay on a farm. The charming farm house is roughly 200 years old, located 2.5 hours from NYC, 25 minutes from the Hudson train station. If you want to stay somewhere safe from Covid-19 exposure this is the place! Susie's Climax Creations is on a quiet dead end street. Our 225 acre farm is predominantly forested, with miles of hiking trails and incredible views. Nestled in the foothills of the Catskills near Albany, we are the last home on a dead end road and have multiple secluded rentals. We are a homestead devoted to the principles of organic farming and self reliance. We grow much of our own food and forge many types of wild mushrooms. You will be sure to enjoy friendly animals around the farm and a private fenced Koi pond.

Tiny House, Big Adventure on 70 acres

Welcome to "The Tiny" at The Hemptons in the Hudson Valley. The not-so-tiny house is 400sf with plenty of space to stretch out. Each of the two bedroom lofts have a comfy queen bed on a low profile frame. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (read: Not good for Thanksgiving, but perfectly suited for standard cooking endeavors). Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to the health risk it poses it the owners.
