A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

I rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with mountain views.

Cottage KOTlina

Our 6-bed cottage is located in a picturesque and peaceful village. The proximity of the forest and the most important attractions of the region makes this property a great place to relax and a very good starting point. The cottage is equipped with many amenities such as a projector or a coffee machine. There's also a pack with airy and water nozzles. Balia is additionally paid and the price depends on the number of days. The area around the house is fenced, so you can safely take your dog.

Duszniki-Zdrój Cozy Apartment with Terrace

Apartment located near the Spa Park in Duszniki Zdrój, 10 km from Zieleniec Ski Arena. The property has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with an annex and a single sofa bed, and a porch with a large double bed with a satellite TV. The advantage of the apartment is a large terrace overlooking the Park and the river - Bystrzyca Dusznicka passing nearby. Rattan furniture is available to guests on the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, as well as various types of kitchenware. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an air mattress (equipped) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to provide tips about the region :) We speak English.
