The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.

You can relax in this peaceful and stylish place. We point out that the mattress of the bed is on average stronger, which provides strong support for the whole body. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The connection to the city center is very good: the city center is only 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
