On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with 2 king single beds • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds All of these bedrooms are en-suite, meaning each one has its own private bathroom. Also on this floor, there is a guest bathroom near the entrance (with a sink and toilet). On the upper floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with double beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi, located in the hallway between them. They also have windows overlooking the pool, garden, and countryside, creating a peaceful and bright atmosphere. This is a spacious, light-filled home designed for comfort, privacy, and meaningful moments - ideal for families and groups. The living area is one of the villa’s highlights: large, bright, and thoughtfully designed with distinct spaces for different moods. You’ll find a cozy sunken lounge that feels like a warm nest, a bar area, a piano, a snooker table, and a table for board games — perfect for relaxing, socializing, and creating memorable moments. Our villa was built in 2022 and equipped according to the latest standard. Thanks to underfloor heating and modern windows, it has a very pleasant indoor climate. The house is about 5-10 minutes' drive from the beaches. It has a huge outdoor area with a fantastic pool. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a light-flooded living room; Internet (200 Mbit/s) is available.
