Kim’s house is well set up and conveniently located. A large and spacious house with all amenities. Kim is a very responsive host.

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

This was one of the most special places I have stayed in. Quintessential Sydney—you literally couldn't find better. It offered a true city beach experience. The place was absolutely beautiful, super close to the beach, with the beach breeze creating a wonderfully relaxed feel. The outdoor shower was a fun and unique feature. The whole place exuded luxury, with tasteful design and decoration across a variety of spaces. It was also incredibly spacious!

Bin was an awesome host. Great communication and her house was fabulous. We loved that it had basic staples like butter and Vegemite and there was laundry liquid to wash. 4 good size bedrooms too. Only one pair needed to share a bathroom. Great place and we will be back. Highly recommend

Amazing location for the kids, right next to Centennial Park. All the bedrooms had comfy beds and linen and the showers are amazing with great water pressure. The house feels very homely and it was great to be able to relax with the kids. Sometimes in AirB&Bs I'm following the kids around worried about them touching or breaking things but not here. We could all relax. The house is an older house with wood floors so quite cold but the hosts provided plenty of heaters which kept us warm. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house has rear lane access which is great for getting dropped off safely in a taxi and provides another option for parking if the on street parking is full which can happen on the busy front road. We had a lovely stay. We would happily stay again.

Our stay in Kingsford was wonderful! The house was in a great location—quiet and residential, yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transport options. It was also conveniently located near UNSW and a short drive to some of Sydney’s best beaches. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for our trip. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I honestly cannot fault this place! I hired it as I had family over from the Uk and needed them to stay locally. The house is beautifully presented. It was so spacious and clean and the kitchen was really well stocked. The location is fantastic! Just a stones throw from Coogee and well connected by buses. I would definitely book this again future! Thank you!

Myself and 6 friends, all in their late 20's, stayed in this gorgeous house over the New Year period. The house was fantastic, it is in a great location just 15 minutes from the beach and around the corner from several coffee shops and a small high street. The house was open plan which was great for socializing and had a great outdoor area with a BBQ. They had all the amenities and utensils we needed and the house was clean and well looked after. Jason was extremely helpful answering questions and also checked in several times during our stay to ensure everything was ok. The weather when we stayed was extremely hot and humid and the house doesn't have air conditioning and did become hot in the evenings when trying to sleep. There was also no wifi which would have been handy for my friends visiting from the U.K. Overall I would highly recommend this house to families or a group of friends looking for a clean modern house in a good location. I wouldn't hesitate in booking this house again through air bnb.

The house is in a special Sydney location, overlooking Gordon's bay and a quick walk to Clovelly, you are steps from the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk as well as the local cafes, restaurants, pub and grocery on Clovelly Rd. This was a wonderful home base for our family for 4 days in Sydney, adults and children all loved our stay. The management team from L'Abode were extremely quick to respond and graciously answered all of our questions about the property - a very professional and hospitable team!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanya’s house for our Xmas family gathering. The property exceeded our expectations, it was very well appointed and everything felt like home from home. The house was spacious to accommodate our family needs and our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool which was a bonus. There is also a lovely granny annexe. The property is convenient for the beaches and public transport. Buses are at the end of the road and the tram stop only a 15 minute walk so getting to central Sydney was so simple We highly recommend Tanya’s house for a family stay in Sydney, you won’t be disappointed Tanya was a great host and made our stay so smooth,

An amazing house with every amenity, located in a true oasis. Design and layout of the house is very family friendly with multiple spaces and places to discover and relax in. Always comfortable, and clean and easy to spend time Proximity to the beautiful Eastern Suburbs beaches makes this a true Air BnB find.

The owner was home during our stay, we appreciated her kindness (she shared her baked cakes with us,) & helped us when we inadvertently locked ourselves out. Julia was very communicative, informative & helpful with all aspects of our stay. The house was as described and really suited the needs of grandparents and parents to a 2 year old toddler. The garden seating areas were lovely, as the photos showed. We really enjoyed our stay, for family reunions in the city.

Very cozy “coach home” within a perfectly ideal neighborhood/location. The house it self is perfect for one person or a couple. Would definitely stay there long term again!
