Outside there is a large porch with seating area and fire pit. There is and fire pit with chairs. It is 200 meters to the sea, the beach is just as nearby. On the first floor there is folding door that can be opened all the way up. Sleeps 7 adults Park. space just outside the door. No access to a boat. Winter insulated, heating cables downstairs, heat pump and wood stove. Beds: 2 beds of 120 cm, 1 x90 cm bed,family bunk (120cm +75cm ), double bed/ 2x 90 cm beds put together. Crib in one room downstairs. No partying, quiet at 11 pm. Host lives nearby.

Lovely cottage by the sea at Sokn,Stavanger

Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15 -20 min into stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent a canoe and kayak at the campsite. The campsite's quiet time:23-07

Nydelige omgivelser, nær sjøen. 750 meter til buss-stopp (like utenfor på dagtid), 550 meter til Sokn camping med kiosk og restaurant torsdag - søndag. 1,6 km til dagligvarebutikk, pizza utsalg, is-kiosk og thai-takeaway. Lekeplass i nabolaget. To soverom - ett med dobbeltseng og ett med 1.20 seng. Sokn er en øy som er tilknyttet Fastlandet med undersjøisk tunnel. Ca 20 minutt kjøretur til Stavanger sentrum.

The cabin is located for one farm using sheep. Small boat may be rented by agreement

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
