The house is located in a family-friendly area in a cul-de-sac with many playgrounds, forest and hiking trails, walking distance both to the sea and Store Stokkavann, large sports area with both skate park, football fields ++. At the same time, it is only a small drive/bus ride away from Stavanger city center, where there are mostly buses every ten minutes. The house has a cozy, small garden, with garden room and outdoor kitchen. Here you can grill and enjoy.

Outside there is a large porch with seating area and fire pit. There is and fire pit with chairs. It is 200 meters to the sea, the beach is just as nearby. Randaberg is 5 minutes drive away, Stavanger 20 min away

Lovely surroundings, close to the sea. 750 meters to the bus stop (just outside during the day), 550 meters to Sokn camping with kiosk and restaurant Thursday - Sunday. 1.6 km to grocery store, pizza sale, ice kiosk and thai-takeaway. Playground in the neighborhood and trampoline in the garden. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a 1.20 bed. Sokn is an island connected to the Mainland with underwater tunnel. About 20 minutes drive to Stavanger city center.

Lovely cottage by the sea at Sokn,Stavanger

Great little summer cottage with enclosed conservatory, closest to the edge of the sea at Sokn Camping. Lovely view of the fjord, 180 degrees. The cabin was finished building in 2022. There is a large jumping pillow,soccer field,volleyball court,playground,kiosk and restaurant with all rights. Only a short drive of 15 -20 min into stavanger and 50 min to Kongeparken. 55 minutes to Pulpit Rock parking. Guests can rent a canoe and kayak at the campsite. The campsite's quiet time:23-07

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
