Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rancho Mirage

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Great place! Having the washer/dryer was a life saver with the heat and having to wash my clothes to make it through the trip. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had some spices/oils/sauces so I didn’t have to buy absolutely everything. My only criticism if you could even call it that was that the shower head sprayed a little wonky. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Jay's place was honestly, perfect. The complex is lovely and charming. Jay's unit was clean and pristine. And Jay was an excellent host and communicator. I felt so at peace in the unit and at the complex and enjoyed the quiet environment - and at the same time the ability to get to anything I needed within just a few minutes by car. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the Palm Springs area. Thanks for a great stay, Jay!

Kerry Ellen’s place is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE 😍 We enjoyed how much attention to detail the studio displayed! Important information/ items were labeled and perfectly placed! The oversized tub was EXCEPTIONALLY ENJOYABLE😍 (side note: I wanted to use one of the complimentary bath bombs that were wrapped in plastic, I said to myself “Dang it, I have to go back inside to get something to take the wrapping off”…but to my surprise Kerry Ellen even had a little plastic tool located underneath the bath bombs that was/is to be used to remove the wrapping!) SUPER THOUGHTFUL😍 …QUITE, CLEAN AND PEACEFUL-AWESOME 10/10 EXPERIENCE 😍

Had a nice stay in La Quinta, our first time there. Our Airbnb condo was very nice, clean and as described. The only thing I think Nino and Allie could do is update the mattress in the bedroom with something more supportive. The current is very soft and a bit squeaky. The private community was quiet, clean and had multiple pools to choose from. We had a nice time for our little getaway, with the condo being perfect for our needs, and we hope to be back soon. A real desert hideaway. Peaceful and private deck. Rafael is responsive should you need anything, Indian Wells is close to all the desert dining and major attractions. Highly recommended.

It really is a Dream Home! We had a perfect stay and weekend with our small dog. The home was just as described and had everything we needed and more. We will be back again soon!

Beautifully decorated home, comfortable too. Loved the pool and hot tub in the home! Location was also really convenient to all the restaurants in downtown Palm Springs.

We had a fantastic time at Ludiel’s! My girlfriend and my two sisters really enjoyed our long weekend holiday there. The house was exactly as described: super clean and spacious enough for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The backyard is very private, surrounded by tall trees that provided ample shade during the hot summer days in Palm Springs. We loved the beautiful pool area and the patio, which features an outdoor mini kitchen with a mini fridge, making it easy to stay outside while enjoying the pool. The location is ideal—just a short distance from Downtown Palm Springs, and also close to Palm Desert and Cathedral City. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend this property for groups of fewer than six people. The host was amazing, greeting us upon arrival and being attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. I look forward to booking this house again in the near future

We had a great stay! The pool was wonderful and the backyard and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to have David heat the hot tub for us at night with no problem at all. Great communication from the host! Place was clean and as described.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and intention that went into the space. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and so well-kept. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this one really stood out. You can tell the hosts truly care, every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the layout, and everything just felt fresh, airy, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you walk in and immediately say, “Wow, this is even better than the photos!” The vibe was equal parts relaxing and stylish...the perfect mix for a Palm Springs getaway. We found ourselves wanting to spend more time at the house than we originally planned, just because it was that lovely. Whether we were lounging around, cooking meals, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will DEF be back.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Palm Springs- look no further. This place is in a great location, easy parking and the unit itself is terrific. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend our anniversary weekend. There were so many wonderful restaurants downtown to choose from, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, where we stayed, and Jerry and Craig were incredibly responsive and respectful. One thing I would point out is, if you are not a gay man, or a woman celebrating her bachelorette party, the party scene is pretty underwhelming . Aside from that, I’d definitely stay in this exact spot again.

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

Our history, Matt, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Extremely communicative and accommodating. The unit is clean, comfortable, updated and has unobstructed Mountain Views and an oversized private patio. The gym and pool were well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Location in south PS is prime. We’ll be back.

What a perfect place for a warm getaway! We loved everything about this condo. Had all the amenities needed. Comfortable, clean, light and great views from the patio. The resort was stunning. Parking and pool super close. Wonderful grounds for walking around. Too many pools to use! Comfortable beds. Kitchen has the cookware we needed. Super friendly host. Very secure, quiet environment (in June!) and home is well insulated so noise between rooms doesn’t travel. Plan to go back many times!
