Ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men det er bussholdeplass i nærheten 300-400m. Parkeringsplass for to biler i innkjørselen, den ene plassen er min. 5 minutter med bil til sentrum, 20 ved gange. Leiligheten er liten, fint for overnatting 1-2 netter. Enkelt kjøkken, samt bad.
