Everything was amazing a 10/10 ! I would definitely recommend! She helped make sure everything was in place from when I step foot on Belize until our last day ! Made it so easy for a first timer

Tout était incroyable concernant le logement et l’hôte rien à dire. foncez ! Juste concernant l’accueil nous avons été insatisfaits, ils nous ont proposé de faire du bateau sur le lac, nous avons accepté, le rendez vous été à 12h30 nous avons attendu jusqu’à 12h45 toujours rien, nous nous sommes rendu à l’accueil, on patiente pour finalement nous dire qu’il n’y aura pas de bateau, aucun motif, sortie annulé et journée gâchée. Sur le logement cependant, rien à dire.

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! We had a wonderful time at “Casa del Rai” - the pictures are exactly what they look like! BEAUTIFUL!! The rooftop along with the cozy Palapa made each day spectacular with wonderful views! Our private patio for was awesome as well! It was a tight squeeze for 6 of us- so we were super thankful for the extra bathroom upstairs on the roof! The water in the shower was wonderful. (We could lather our soap!) but more than anything our hosts were top-notch! Aileen, Darwin and the gang made all of our logistics super easy, they helped us coordinate tours —- Karen helped us have an AMAZING tour with LiGe to Hol Chan and shark reef- we could literally walk from our place to the boat to start the tour!! We loved our time in San Pedro and were so thankful as well to have found this place, it’s location was perfect. We felt very safe. Thank you again to all who made our trip so amazing!!

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us!

We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

We let Nathan know when we were in a taxi headed to the property- he was there to meet us and let us in. The cottage is right on the waterfront promenade/beach. Great food and coffee right out the front door. Dive shops and water excursion docks all along the beach where the cottage is. Several grocery stores all within a 5 minute walk. Tons of restaurant options. We thought we would need to rent a golf cart for our stay to get around, but the location of the cottage was such that we didn't need one. The front of the cottage is gated in with a covered patio- a great place to sit and watch the ocean and goings-on. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay at Residences at Barrier Reef. The condo was more than we could have expected. The view from our very large balcony was stunning. The Condo was Very clean and very comfortable. The pools were great and the beach/pier were added bonuses. There were outdoor games for all to enjoy as well. The permanent residences that we met were super friendly and always willing to share their recommendations and experiences. We found the location to be perfect. Great restaurants 10 minutes away, San Pedro 20 minutes, Secret Beach 20 minutes, UpNorth also about 20 minutes. So centrally located that we were able to experience so many areas of Ambergris Caye. We can not wait to come back and possibly even call Residences of Barrier Reef “Home” one day.
