Even the legendary "genius loci" comes to us for inspiration! We offer pleasant accommodation in the former manor house above the unique medieval castle Křivoklát. The stone from which our house was built remembers the hands of contemporaries of Michelangelo Buonarroti, William Shakespeare… The house is adjacent to a direct footpath to Křivoklát Castle (360 m). The same footpath will take you to the village, to several nodes of hiking trails, to the information center of the Czech Forest, to the shop (270 m), to the restaurant (315 m) and to the children's playground (230 m).

Come and enjoy the comfort with your family or friends in our cozy cottage in Modřejovice, in the heart of Křivoklátsko. From the cottage you can walk to the nearby beautiful forests full of mushrooms. The cottage is magical inside and is surrounded by a large rugged garden (about 1500m2), where you will find a lot of nooks and crannies, and which is protected from the views of passers-by by an ivy fence. There is also a barn on the property, where children have facilities (with swings and toys - under the supervision of adults please) and garden equipment.

The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Sauna is available in a small technical house in the yard. Non-alcoholic, wine, beer - for a fee. Free coffee and tea are ready for you.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a separate house of a listed farm, in a common courtyard with the owner's home. It has two double bedrooms, one with a dining area, a bathroom with a toilet, a sink, a shower. The separate kitchen has an entrance from the courtyard. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, electric double cooker with oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, outdoor seating. All rooms have entrances from the courtyard. Suitable for seasonal short-term stays from May to September.

Taste the fruit from the meadow and fruit trees. Drink excellent water from a forest spring that rises 10 minutes on foot. At night, observe the night sky of shooting stars and roast sausages.

Absolute peace. You can reach the center of Prague by car in one hour, and V. Havel Airport in Prague in 40 minutes. Within an hour's drive is the beautiful West Bohemian metropolis of Pilsen (a European city of culture with a world-famous brewery and many other places). You can also reach the most beautiful Czech castle Karlštejn in one hour, and the center of the most famous spa town in Central Europe, Karlovy Vary, is within 45 minutes, where the famous film festival takes place every summer.

On the terrace with a beautiful view of the rocks you can plan trips to the surrounding area, there are plenty of options and it's definitely worth it. Gradually, we're putting it together, but the undisputed charm has this place now. We recommend it to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and prefer to relax in a natural environment.
