El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

La casa cuenta con una pequeña terraza desde la que podréis disfrutar de unas hermosas vistas al Cañón del Sil. El entorno está marcado por el cultivo de viñedo en calzadas, característico de toda esta zona y uno de sus principales valores. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century.
