Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. The place is located right in the center of the Medina, close to shops, food stalls, and cafés. If you want to experience the real Rabat, the location is perfect. The beach is also nearby, along with other important sights, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. It was a bit difficult to find the place at first, but a man arranged by the host met us at the airport and helped us get there. However, he charged us €25 for the ride, and that was only one way. I had asked the host if the €25 was for both ways, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Later, we found out a regular taxi would have cost just €13 for the same trip. That was the only downside to our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the authentic location and easy access to everything.

Listing was as described, clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. The check-in was smooth thanks to Wassim's clear instructions who were very flexible and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, we had a great weekend, I totally recommend it.

✨ A real little cocoon in the heart of the city! I had an absolutely perfect stay in this ideally located studio. Everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, transport... it's a real plus! The accommodation is impeccably clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated you feel right at home. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will come back without hesitation! 🌟

We had a great time with the family! 🌞 The location is simply exceptional: a beautiful beach a stone's throw away, breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The ambient calm was a real luxury. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and we felt right at home there. Fatna delighted us with her delicious homemade Moroccan dishes, and her son Ismaël was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. Small detail to note: the mattresses are spring-loaded — it may surprise you, but you get used to it pretty quickly😊. We leave with beautiful memories and the desire to come back again. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

The atmosphere in the accommodation was simply wonderful – quiet, relaxed and inviting. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very clean, stylish and cozy. A place where you can really switch off. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The surroundings also contribute to the great atmosphere – perfect for switching off and unwinding. Communication with the host was also warm and straightforward. I will definitely be happy to come back - a real oasis of well-being!

I stayed two nights as part of group of three friends. We were greeted by Anis, who is a wonderful guy, and got a tour in the appartment. The appartment was spacious enough for our group and it had all amenities. From the appartment we got quick access to main roads that could get us to the city center. In the near proximity there are shops, cafes and restaurant. This place is absolutely a recommended accommodation to stay in.

Omar is a very pleasant and serious person, who inspired confidence in us as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend this place where all activities are easily accessible on foot, without the need for transportation to get to the beach or pool. In addition, your vehicle will be safe in an underground parking lot within a private residence.

Spacious and perfectly clean house that matched exactly the pictures. Very helpful and responsive host, always there to help with any question within minutes. Immaculate furniture and house amenities. Also the location is very safe and you can walk around very easily. Would definetly book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely garden flat! The location is amazing – peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. My family had such a great time. The kids enjoyed playing tennis and table tennis, going on walks in the area, and spending time in the kids’ zone. The beach being right inside the residence (no road to cross!) was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the beachside restaurant. The pool was also lovely and never too crowded, perfect for relaxing. The flat offered great value for money – clean, comfortable, and quiet. Omar is a great host – very helpful and welcoming, always quick to respond. Everything was just so easy and enjoyable. We felt at home from the start and truly appreciated the peaceful environment. We would definitely love to return as soon as we can. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a calm and convenient beach getaway!

Apartment is wonderfully decorated and very close to the beach. There are several pools on the very nice complex. The children particularly enjoyed it. Mehdi was an amazing host who was always quick to respond to questions. We felt right at home We used taxis for shopping and excursions e.g. to Rabat.
