You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. A nice and easy cottage close to long shallow beaches and forest trails. Only 90 mins from Helsinki by car or by train (2 km from station), 15 mins from Tammisaari and 25 min from Hanko. At the cottage you can enjoy a soft steam in the wood-heated sauna and cool down on the large balcony. The forests nearby are perfect for picking berries and mushrooms. We also recommend checking out the Skogby frisbeegolf course and other local museums and activities.
