The location of the villa complex on Google Maps is "Rawai Vip Villas". The complex is in the middle of Rawai Beach, 100 metres from Rawai Beach and the nearest Top's convenience store, a 3-minute walk away. It's very convenient for daily life! There are massage parlours, restaurants, exchange points, fruit stalls, travel agencies, McDonald's, hairdressers, motorbike rental shops, seafood restaurants... everything you need is nearby! It is a great place to stay for your holiday in Phuket, 1 kilometre from Rawai Pier and Rawai Seafood Market. We encourage energy conservation. Turn off the air conditioner, close the doors and windows, and turn off the lights when you are not at home. The electricity bill is very low if you don't waste energy. There is a 5,000 THB deposit upon check-in. During your stay, electricity will be charged at 8 THB/kWh based on actual usage. There is no water charge.
