Holiday houses in Ra

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Vanua. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the kids. We all loved the pool and outdoor area. The staff were helpful and organised activities when we wanted them. A wonderful relaxing place for a family holiday...but I'm almost scared to tell you about this secret gem! We're definitely hoping to return!

Perfect location, we ´ve had everything what we needed. Daniel is great, very responsive host… Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us! There are reconstruction works nearby and Daniel warned about it, so may be for sensitive people I wouldn ´t recommend it. We were fine with it, we listened singing workers, only in Fiji 😃!

Jioji and Alici are outstanding host!! The place where we stayed was not in the location shown on the map. It was across the kings road next to their house and it was fantastic to be there. We were included and welcomed into their active community. Rather than cook in the kitchen we enjoyed Alici's fantastic and affordable cooking! The meals may have been my favorite part of being in Fiji. Our visit was during the Easter holiday and they included us in their celebrations! Including a special Pit fired meal! We also did Diving and snorkeling with Jioji's team. They taught us well and kept us safe and well equipped. Really fantastic host and staff!

Loved Jen’s place! It was the perfect fit for our family. Visiting from America and visiting family in RakiRaki it was so nice! We had never been to RakiRaki but we felt right at home in the Airbnb. It was nicely furnished, the kids loved the bunks. I loved the wide open space kitchen and table with stools for our family. We learned to not use the lights,fans etc during the day to save energy for the evening night fans while we slept. The kids enjoyed the hammock and I loved hanging my clothes outside with my darling husband and enjoying the cool breeze. We had mosquito coils everywhere for comfort from getting bit and we also brought mosquito candles from America to keep them at bay. It was a lovely stay, well kept and comfortable. My baby and I slept in the large bedroom, husband took a mattress to sleep on the mat with the three kids as if they were camping. The host was so sweet and kind and we ordered the breakfast from the ladies in the village. Highly recommend for families!!

Maxine was a great host. This place is ideal for families and couples who want to be on the beach with not many people around, and keen to be self contained with cooking facilities. We had paid for dinner each night and was delicious and totally recommend it for any guests staying. It is mentioned by the host already, but this place runs on generators and tank water supply. If you’re happy to relax, swim, snorkel, kayak, read books from their extensive library, and comfortable with a bach approach you won’t be disappointed at all. We would happily recommend and will be keen to visit again in the future.

First I want to say thank you for sharing your home on Airbnb. We knew when we selected it it would be off the betten trail. Our family injoyed the peaseful surroundings that your home provided us with. the private pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The veiws from inside and out were spectacular, beautiful sun sets every night. Everthing in the house worked as it should even the generator when we lost power. The house was very spacious and strategically positioned to maximize the amazing veiws. The caretacker stopped by a couple of times to clean the pool and see if we needed anything, on his advise we visited a resort not far away and got a day pass and enjoyed all their amenities, beach restaurants etc. Vikash advised us to shop in the small town before we went to the home, we found everthing we needed. What a hidden gem! If I only had time for one place in Fiji that would be it! Crystal and Jiten’s place was possibly the cutest I ever stayed at! From the coziness of the cottage (it is very well equipped, perfect size for two people, and the dreamiest view that could just keep you inside all day) to the peacefulness of the surroundings, Volivoli is a must do if you love diving/snorkeling (really recommend going with Ring Gold divers family owned little business). You can use kayaks and snorkels at the property (we did not have the time as we had our diving day planned already). Crystal and Jiten are the most welcoming hosts, only wished we had more time to spend with them, and their adorable dogs! Thank you for everything 🙏

WOW, honestly, what an amazing stay! Such beautiful grounds, amazing beach, really good snorkeling literally right off the beach, and the staff - Sau, Fina, and Joe - were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding - highly recommend getting the dinners - and just overall it was such a lovely stay. I couldn't recommend Bligh Water Beach Bungalows higher. if we do come back to Fiji, and I hope we will, we will definitely come here again
