Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Simple apartment in downtown Penedo

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our space is very simple and cozy, located in the center of Penedo, close to markets, bakeries and UPA (Emergency Care Units). It is about 900 meters away to get to Santa's House and Shopping Malls. Also close to the Bus Station, less than 300 meters. We have Wi-Fi, a private entrance to the accommodation, and no parking on site, but you can leave your vehicle on the street in front of the property.

Beautiful cozy cottage

Cozy chalet with a privileged view of Pico das Agulhas Negras. A place to forget about problems, relax and commune with nature. It is located 2.5 km from the entrance to Penedo, which is a tourist spot with many bars, restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The Chalet has a private covered garage in its outdoor area. Inside, we have a double bed, minibar, microwave oven, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Note: Sleeps up to two people.

The 2-story house is super cozy and is located in a very charming condominium, right in the center of Penedo, about a 5-minute walk (less than 500 m) from the entrance to the Pequena Finlândia Mall / Santa Claus House. There is no need to use a car to go to the main restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, cafes and the Pequena Finlândia, Vale dos Duendes and Roda D'Água malls, with their numerous charming shops.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
