Our chalet is a haven of tranquility and comfort, ideal for those seeking days of rest, contact with nature and special moments with those they love — without giving up practicality. Located at the top of Itacoatiara, a few meters from the beach, the chalet combines privacy, silence and a breathtaking landscape. You'll be on a quiet, low-traffic street, but still close to everything you need: bakeries, supermarket, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, snack bars, bars, and seaside kiosks.

The house is in Piratininga, a very cozy and quiet neighborhood. Located on the second block of Piratininga beach (approximately 3 min walk) on a very wooded and quiet residential street. It has a great swimming pool surrounded by a very nice garden, barbecue and pool loungers to better serve the leisure space. House with Wi-Fi, suites on the ground floor and second floor, all with Split and fan. NOTE: The space has a caretaker for the maintenance of the pool and garden.
