It is very bright and is steps away from downtown Viña, the beach, the flower clock and Avenida Peru. It is ideal for a couple (king bed) and has enough space to incorporate a crib (not included). From the apartment, you can walk along the coastal edge. It has 1 private covered parking, laundry, and a swimming pool. It has day and night concierge. 2 nights minimum

Wonderful location! Quiet and elegant apartment with all the amenities for 3 people, (comfortable futon for the third person). It has parking (included in the reservation), swimming pool (free), play areas, gym (free), comfortable facilities, wifi and hot water. It does not have heating, INCLUDES sheets, down and extra bedding for the Futon, two large towels and a hand towel. Very safe building with 24-hour surveillance. Located 3 blocks from the beach.

The bedroom features a wooden headboard supporting colorful pillows in shades of black, white, and orange. A striking wall art piece in yellow and black hangs above the bed, while warm bedside lamps provide soft lighting against the exposed brick wall.
