Spacious, modern and beautiful apartment, very tasteful, it has plenty of cooking utensils, even an air fryer. Only a water bottle holder is missing. It's very central, and Eric's service is immediate. The place is very safe, quiet for a good rest, which for me is very important, that there are no noises from the neighbors.

I love this studio and will absolutely be back. I had the best sleep of my life with hearing the waves and the breeze because I chose to leave the windows open. The place was spotless and smelled so good! I was impressed with every detail, color scheme and linens. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful gated small community. We watched the ocean waves from bed for hours one day. I loved being a little outside the center of rosarito to be away from the noises and smells, but close enough to have quick access when I wanted. Also the Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate is amazing. There’s also a super market right there. You can walk to both. Communication was so clear we had no problem navigating our stay. Thank you for hosting and I’ll definitely be back!

This is the second time I've stayed in this place and I have nothing but compliments for the accommodation and Gabriela. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It has an excellent view of the city and at night it looks impressive. There are restaurants with very good food nearby. The accommodation has an excellent location either to cross to San Diego or to do things in the city. The only drawback is that the minimum number of nights to book is 2 or more, otherwise I would stay there every time I went to Tijuana and this time when I needed more nights I was able to book. Highly recommended

This rental is perfect for those looking for a quiet place to relax with a high level of security. If safety is your top priority this is a good choice.

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Had a wonderful experience. Place is very clean and provides all essentials needed. Felt like home, very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone going on vacation or weekend get away. Indoor pool was great along with the hot tub.
