The apartment is well-located. It's on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs. On the same street there is a supermarket, pharmacies, a bakery and a butcher shop across the street, stores, etc. The apartment is close to downtown Conselheiro Lafaiete, but in a quiet area, in addition to being close to the city's main hospital. It has 1 parking space. The outdoor areas are under renovation, so it is still ugly. I ask for your understanding because the apartment will be worth it. We offer full linen, household and kitchen utensils. Breakfast will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. The House is located in a residential area exactly 2.5 km from the historic center, which is equivalent to a 7-minute drive . We have an incredible view and are located in a region with plenty of nature.
