O apartamento fica no segundo andar da casa, possui entrada independente e privacidade. A piscina é a única área compartilhada do espaço.

It is a very quiet and pleasant place, a family environment, for people who want to enjoy a comfortable rustic environment. The Suite has 50m² , features a hot tub, TV, Queen Size bed, sofa bed, microwave, table and minibar. Breakfast is served in the kitchen of hostess Maria and is included in the daily rate.

On cloudy days, the loft is enveloped in clouds, providing the magical feeling of floating among them. At night, a starry sky offers visitors an incredible spectacle.

Bathroom integrated with the centenary stones with panoramic views, private steam sauna, suspended network for contemplation of the Paraopeba Valley. Firewood stove heats the bath water and creates a cozy atmosphere, with 360° view of the mountain. For adults, maximum 2 people. We do not accept pets.

Loft Belleville - Itatiaia MG.

Vivenda Valentini, located in Itatiaia, Minas Gerais, has four totally independent and private lofts, with only the parking lot in common between them. This is the “Belleville” Loft and, like the other spaces, it has a view of the Itatiaia mountain range and waterfall, with the indoor Ofuro-type whirlpool, the hammock and the deck on the balcony being its main distinguishing features.
