The house is very comfortable and well furnished, it has four bedrooms, one en-suite, social bathroom, living room with two rooms, fireplace, barbecue, kiosk, balcony around the house with hooks for hammock, swimming pool, semi-mobled sauna, outdoor bathrooms to serve the leisure area, large and well-equipped kitchen, SKY, fiber internet.

The house is located in the União neighborhood, BR 345, Queluz - SP, the neighborhood is a rural area, 12 km from Garganta do Registro, the entrance to the upper part of the Itatiaia National Park, bordering MG and RJ, and 22 km from the center of Queluz. Our structure has a barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna, as well as being very close to the neighborhood's soccer field and sports court.
