Sítio Três Irmãos is a quiet and very pleasant place, surrounded by lots of greenery and fresh mountain air. The house is very comfortable and well furnished, has four bedrooms, one suite, a social bathroom, a living room with two environments, a fireplace, a barbecue, a kiosk, a balcony around the house with hooks for a hammock, a swimming pool, a semi-humid sauna, external bathrooms to serve the leisure area, a large and well-equipped kitchen, SKY, fiber internet.

Our environment is surrounded by trees, a wonderful nature. The House is located in the União neighborhood, BR 345, Queluz - SP, the neighborhood is a rural area, 12 km from the Garganta do Registro entrance to the upper part of the Itatiaia National Park, border between MG and RJ and 22 km from downtown Queluz. Our structure has a barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna, in addition to being very close to the neighborhood's soccer field and sports court.

A townhouse at the foot of the Serra da Mantiqueira, made of taipa, with rural features and modern design. It is located on the edge of Rio da Marambaia within a private farm, with total privacy and security. It has 2 spaces that house the bedrooms (the original house of colono + new house) and the annex where the living room, TV room and kitchen is equipped with wood stove and all the most modern appliances. Sauna , yoga room, pizza oven and barbecue.
