Honeysuckle cottage in a huge garden & shared pool

Honeysuckle faces an enchanted garden that you are free to discover & profit from. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom +big living room with a kitchen. There are lots of relaxation spots in the garden! Olhao with its amazing character, fresh veggie/fish market, and the islands is just 10min away. Feel free to eat fruits you find. The orange orchard is backing the pool and behind 2 wooden gates. All the furniture is designed by my husband & brought from his factory in Java. It's esthetic!

Casa Rustica (has interior similarities with the chalets, mainly with its beautiful sloping wooden ceiling) is located in the heart of Olhão, located in one of the most typical neighborhoods of the city, it stands out from the others for its flowerbeds. A takeaway with typical and varied Portuguese food is 60 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants, bakeries, mini markets...( 100 mts) Markets, marina, ferry boat.. (1.5 km) Free parking at the door. Very quiet place great to relax.

Despite the bad weather in Portugal, we had a very pleasant stay here. The stay is provided with everything you might need. In advance, we were hesitant to choose this accommodation as we read in previous reviews that you are bothered by dogs barking at night, but we did not notice any of this. Serge and Anne are fantastic hosts who answer every question with a smile. On the day of our departure, we had a few hours of sun for the first time, so we were even allowed to stay longer in our stay than the check-out time of 11 a.m. We will definitely come back!

Overall all of 10, we stayed on the floor first. It was not missing the essentials to be able to cook if you wanted, the two wonderful balconies, one with table and chairs and another with sunbeds, the wonderful pool, they have everything very well organized so that the two tenants of the different houses are good and independent. The super quiet area. Everything is great except for one detail only. My partner and I are a lot of BBQ in the evening, something we liked about this place too, but there was no light in it, and there is no light at night in the pool area which is where it is located. We did a BBQ one night trying to figure it out and we didn't do any more. I only have this but that it would be nice that it will be resolved... otherwise great..and Tereza, the person who receives you, informs you and is in communication with you at all times if you need a wonder. Would recommend 100%.

We spent a long weekend here and it was the perfect break for all us. The villa had everything we needed and was absolutely stunning - plenty of space and lots of activities available to do around the villa as well. Easy access to the surrounding towns and definitely well worth the trip and exploring. The hosts were excellent and any questions we had were answered quickly! Will definitely be coming back to somewhere special 🥰

We have enjoyed a lovely week in this pretty town house which is ideally located for restaurants , the ferries to offshore islands and the pretty streets of the old town. From the pre arrival instructions , welcome pack and helpful information brochure everything is really easy to. The house is clean , welcoming and very quiet with lovely terraces to relax & unwind . The villa itself is just outside the town and our group used Uber to get around (very cheap). The place is amazing with the pool and tennis court providing endless hours of entertainment. Me and a group of friends stayed here for 5 nights and loved every one of them. The place is lovely and would recommend to anyone! Antonio was a fantastic host who showed us round the huge villa when we checked in! He is super friendly and loves meeting the guests. There is a car to rent at the villa too for very cheap if needed. Our host kindly dropped us back at Faro airport after our stay.

Charming Design Led Home Olhão

I had the most incredible stay in this property. It was a last minute booking as my travel plans changed and I honestly feel like I was dealt the luckiest hand in finding this gem! The place is tranquil, so tastefully designed, cool (even in this heat!) and to top it off, has a plunge pool on the roof. The hosts have thought of every little detail - I believe they live there - and all I can say is; they live in style! Each room has its own unique charm, it’s such a special place. As hosts they were really accomodating, suggesting a great local restaurant (Cha Cha Cha - the flash fried tuna salad was majestic) and some day trips for me to do the next time I stay - which I hope to do in the very near future. I am honestly floating on air after my time there. Thank you so much Steph & Ben!
