Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen), bathroom & big fully equipped kitchen. There is parking right next to the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (8&5):-)

Our recently refurbished bedroom suite is perfect for a short stay or a longer visit, 10 minutes drive from the airport, having all the necessary requirements the room offers both comfort and style close to the historical town of guildford that encompasses the history of its colonial beginnings as well as the modern bars, cafes and restaurants there today. On the doorstep of the swan valley sightseeing is only a step away, with vineyards, restaurants, brewery’s and of course the swan river.

Absolutely charming & cozy private room with HD screen for watching movies etc. Bathroom and toilet are shared between 2 rooms only. You'll admire my place for the coziness and central location, only 12 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city. Bus stop to airport,city, and Carousel Shopping centre is at 3 minutes walk. The Maniana Park is at a few steps away, which is perfect for early morning jogs and evening walks. The backyard is accessible all the time for some fresh air.

Vineyards, sites, etc. Great place to venture out from. There are 2 cats, myself and my daughter who live here.
