Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Our independent Guesthouse can welcome 4 people and is located close to the main house on our peaceful 7 acres Park. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day. Located 3 min away from the Saratoga lake rowing, 10 min away from the track, downtown and casino, 7 min away from Saratoga Horse Shows and Saratoga Polo School, and 15 min from SPAC Concerts. It is also close to many restaurants (The closest one is 3 min away), gas stations and golf courses for your convenience.
