We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Este cantinho especial e acolhedor foi edificado inicialmente a 1930, pela avó Rosa e pelo avô Francisco. Atualmente reformulado e atualizado, procurámos manter os valores e as pedras estruturais que tanto suportaram esta casa e as gerações que aqui viveram ao longo dos anos. Stairway to the Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

Our house is the ideal refuge for families and friends who want to get to know the Sabugal region, located right in its heart. From here you can walk to the castle, to the city park where the Côa River will give you unique landscapes and in summer you can dive into the river beach. This is a typical stone house that has been completely renovated, and its interior has been completely modernized.
