Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Despite a few improvements over the years, the cabin maintains its character reminiscent of its heritage. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
