A quiet little apartment with lovely views. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. We will repeat.

We had an amazing experience staying here. The location was perfect, with everything you need just a few steps away from the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the view from the terrace was stunning! Communication with the host was excellent; they were always quick to respond and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Malta. We'll definitely be back!

It was a very nice place with everything you need. We forgot the adapters for the electrical sockets but there were few adapters already in the apartment. Apartment is divided to two sections: 1 bedroom + kitchen with dining area and living room, 3 bedrooms + small kitchen. It was very comfortable with many bathrooms. Amazing for a big company or family. The location is very nice as it is quiet but just 1min walking to the main bus stop which brings you to Valetta. Also, if you want to reach other cities by public transport, other bus stop is 10min walking. So very good location. The host was very friendly and helpful, she was responding very fast.

Excellent experience !! The apartment is great, very spacious and comfortable, as shown in the pictures. Super well connected to the whole island, I highly recommend this place to stay because it is a quiet neighborhood but you have all the amenities. It is located 15 minutes from all the beaches, has very good communication and restaurants nearby. The hosts were very kind and very attentive, everything went great, they provided us with a crib and high chair for our baby and were very responsive at all times and aware that everything was excellent. For 4 people the space is more than good, it is very clean, new and tidy, it is a luxury!. It has a lot of light and the floor is very comfortable. Super recommended! There is room to park on the door almost always, at least at this time.

We found it very convenient that you can park well in the street or side street. It is only a few minutes to the supermarket and nice restaurants (on a quite busy street). The apartment is nicely spacious, the equipment of the kitchen is good, where we would have liked a coffee maker. Maria was always available, very friendly and willing to support us.

A good choice in Malta! On the plus side, the apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was good, next to it there was a very good cafe where we spent all our mornings. 10 Minutes walk from Sliema and close to stops and mini markets. Martin as a host was very friendly , with clear instructions, and on the last day he suggested late check out on his own if we wished. As a only negative I will say the insulation of the space, as outside the apartment was the street and at night it was noisy from the cars and the world. But it didn't affect our stay. Thanks so much!

We had a very nice stay at Victor’s farmhouse in Xhagra. The location must be one of the closest to Ramla Bay that are available as vacation rentals. The beach can even be reached by a nice walk (when it’s not too hot). The shortest drive to the neighboring village Nadur actually passes through Ramla Bay. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, has all that’s needed for a family or group vacation, has a nice pool and BBQ, and last but not least you can see the Mediterranean from the house. One potential issue for guests who are sensitive to noise from neighbors (or worries about own noise), while the walls are thick, they are not sound proof, so we could hear some noise from the neighbors at times. Overall a very respectful and quiet neighborhood, however. Victor was a great host and always available with friendly support when needed (like asking for extra sheets etc.)

We felt really comfortable in this apartment from the start. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need. The AC in every room was a big plus, and there are TVs in the two main bedrooms. The location is excellent, close to the sea and a nice walking area, plus a big supermarket (very practical). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, from simple fast food to high-end places near the Hilton and Portomaso, only a short walk away. Andrea recommended Odyssey a flying theatre experience in the shopping centre next door. It was surprisingly good for kids and adults. You can also go up to the 32nd floor for a great view and a cocktail. If you don’t feel like going to the beach or if it’s too cold, there’s a heated pool open year-round, about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. Even though the apartment is so central, it’s on a quiet street. Everything was easy and well-organized, and Andrea was a great host. If we come back to Malta, we’d book this place again.
