Lemongum at Banongill Station

Lemongum is a beautifully curated cottage situated on Banongill Station, at Skipton in Western Victoria. The cottage has been restored to create a country escape, a place to relax and unwind in the beautiful surrounds of the historic Banongill garden. Lemongum is perched above the Mt Emu Creek on the edge of the informal wild garden, with drifts of daffodils and spectacular blossom trees. Sit by the fire pit, listen to the kookaburras, take a deep breath and keep an eye out for the platypus.

Leyden's Cottage

Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. It is isolated from any close neighbours and you do not have to share facilities with any other guests.

Mount Cole Cottages - Original Cottage

Rustic timber cottage situated on our 13 acres bush property. at the foot of Mount Cole. Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas and a wide assortment of birdlife. The property sustained extensive damage in the February 2024 bushfire. Original Cottage is fine, though we lost the much loved mudbrick meditation temple and a several other important buildings.

We have a cosy wood fire heater, I would like to think this is a home away from home. It's a very peaceful spot where you can feel one with nature. It is set in the middle of a farming community with spectacular views of rolling hills and the sounds of birds and occasional sheep. The warm mid morning sun lulls into a sense of calm and takes you far away from everyday hustle and bustle. a lovely spot to take your young children as we have a variety of animals and we also cater for babies.

Deb is usually available to show you around and show you the different animals. Sorry we don’t allow horse riding due to insurance costs.

The Overseer's House at Eurambeen

The Overseer's House at Eurambeen is a comfortable fully equipped four bedroom farm cottage which we have recently updated. It has all you need for a great stay on our farm. The house is private and completely self contained. The Overseer's House is part of a working farm and looks out over our paddocks where you may often see sheep Kangaroos, Wallabies and birds. There are beautiful views, comfortable beds and above all peace and quiet.
