Nice T2 apartment

We would be delighted to welcome you to our two-bedroom apartment. It is quiet, close to the Intermarché supermarket, restaurants, a bowling alley, various services (laundromat, pharmacy, health centre), a children's playground and the forest, and just 300 metres from the ski resort. From the Christmas holidays, a free shuttle will take you to the slopes. Our apartment has two entrances to choose from: one on the street side, which requires going up half a floor, or one on the terrace side, which is step-free. Access is difficult for people with reduced mobility.

Pyrenées 2000 : Chalet rénové, ensoleillé, proche des pistes (500m) et des commerces. Idéal pour un couple avec enfants. Dans un espace boisé, composé d’une terrasse plein sud, d’un séjour cuisine, d’une chambre (lit en 140), d'une salle d'eau, d'un WC séparé, d’une double mezzanine (un lit en 140, un en 90). Le linge de lits et les serviettes de toilettes peuvent être fournis en supplément. Chalet non fumeurs. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées ni les animaux.

My chalet " LES LUPINS BLEUS" with a mountain atmosphere is located at 1800 meters above sea level and in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees and 150m from the slopes of the FONT ROMEU/PYRENEES 2000 SKI STATION with 58 km of slopes, 43 slopes, 2 toboggan runs, 500 snow cannons, play area for children and beginners, ski school, piou piou club, this place is ideal for recharging your batteries in an environment conducive to calm.

T2 – PYRENEES 2000 Large Balcony AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES

I am renting a 35m² two-room apartment with a large balcony in the "Le Séquoia" building (1st floor). The functional accommodation can accommodate 4 adults (1 double bed and 3 single beds) and 1 toddler (high chair, + travel cot) + 1 folding pushchair + 1 baby high chair The apartment is located at the foot of the slopes of the Pyrénées 2000 resort. With private parking accessible by code (2 minutes' walk), opposite the playground.
