Fantastic stay! Great views, friendly host, and the place was very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s staying in Bariloche!

The place is as shown in the pictures: modern, very clean, and well equipped. In addition, the location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the coast.

Second time we go to Pablo's depto and again an excellent experience. Pablo is a very good host, he supports you in everything you need. The apartment is exquisite, spacious and very equipped, in addition to being everything in perfect condition and a luxury location. We will definitely return a third time in the future.

The very good place in front of the lake(literal) close to restaurants and supermarkets. The depto has all the necessary amenities, comfortable bed in which it does not get cold, when it runs a lot of wind a little silvido is generated that is resolved by opening the bathroom window. Just the last night the power was cut due to an accident that kicked a post but the depto had emergency lights so we were able to charge the cell phone and have light in the same way.

The apartment is nice, clean and located in a nice area. Close to center about a 10-minute walk. But it's a nice walk, with a beautiful view of the lake and the volcanoes. For the pool, which in the reception has a cost of around 4 usd. What we needed were towels for the use of the same since according to what they told us we could not take those from the apartment of the same and we had not taken. Paula was very attentive, responded to our inquiries immediately, and even sent us some kitchen utensils we asked for at the time.

The dpto is tidy, bright complete (I even leave coffee capsules and complimentary tea) and spacious, highly recommended. Also the host was very clear with the instructions and the questions I had answered them in minutes. We would definitely stay again

Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

One of our favorite stays anywhere, ever. Unbeatable location. Great house. Fantastic communication. One thing to be aware of is that the area is very dusty from the dirt road, but Martín arranges for a cleaner to come every few days.

Alicia is an excellent host, the few times we need her help, she responded quickly and super predisposed and kind. The house is a dream, the location is magical, away from noise surrounded by nature. Felt at home from the first moment. Choosing this house was a great decision!

Varas! its Lakes and volcanoes! a Gift for view and Espiritu; second the Department of daniel with its unbeatable location! that allows you to get to know walking on foot, or by vehicle the environments ; it welcomes us warmly for the moments of rest , they are appreciable ! Excellent apartment. Excellent connection with the administrators. I suggested that they value changing tubs in bathrooms, as they are outdated, uncomfortable, and risky for guests, particularly for those with mobility difficulties. That would be.

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and facilitate everything when arriving. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate you guiding us with some activities that we did in our stay. The surroundings of the apartment is very quiet and with beautiful views. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants. I would definitely be back next time.

A very well located, comfortable and spacious apartment, also very nice. It has entertaining games and many books and they leave you what you need for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

The Mercedes studio is beautiful. The view is unique, opening the windows and seeing the lake and mountains. I even touch a snowy day and the whole white scenery is amazing! Mercedes was super friendly and I helped us with everything we needed. We recommend going by car, the property has space for parking and is the best way to move to both the house and Bariloche. We look forward to returning soon and 100% recommending
