Within about 3 minutes, you can walk to the city center, the train station, shopping in the supermarket or taking a walk along the Lech. Approximately 70 m² floor space divided into a living-dining area with an open kitchen and a spacious bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the comfort. The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Directly in the countryside is our 2 room apartment for 4 persons, 60 m² living space + 8 m² terrace on the lower ground floor. Via the courtyard you can reach your separate entrance on the terrace. First you enter a spacious dining room, followed by a large passageway to the living room, with a sofa bed. Separately follows the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and then in the basement the small but fully equipped kitchen and the shower bath with washing machine.

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite its compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area, which allows for a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the spacious window areas.

Time out on the Lech

Stylish small apartment in a quiet location, with terrace and small garden close to nature near Lech. You are a five-minute walk from the reservoir, where you can also swim and boat in the summer.
