We loved La Bouganville! We were a large Canadian family with a baby and everyone had a comfortable private space. The living rooms were cosy and the kitchen was practical. The location and the view were priceless! Luigi was so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas reunion. And the fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular! Thank-you for the wonderful memories.

Beautiful villa with a large garden, located within an area where you can access through a common gate. The area is quiet and you can't hear the noise of traffic. When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy as stated in the listing. The only negative note was the lack of blankets for the night, which would have been helpful because unfortunately we had a few days of bad weather with relative temperature drop. Other than that, we had a great time and would be happy to come back.

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

A wonderful apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Antonio is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need. I highly recommend it.

Super nice hosts, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The hose is big, lost of space and nice interiors. The garden is beautiful. The beach is near by, approximately 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. access by a small private path to a beach. restaurant below the house very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. very nice house. a few items to renovate.. electricity and bathroom. a very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! The view is stunning, the house beautiful and really well made in the 60’s, with classic tiles and beautiful taste. The rooms and bathrooms are simple but functioning and clean. It is a fabulous house and the peace and privacy are unbeatable - absolutely recommended.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Feel right at home with Amelia and Gianni, where you'll get to practice your Italian skills and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful time in the mountain. Make sure to walk up the road 4-5km and book a table at La Sorgente for the evening. Incredible food at the right price. Enjoy!
