Rest assured! Ideal house to relax in a natural, rugged setting between hills and sea. It has a landscaped and enclosed garden, a covered barbecue area, and a comfortable outdoor space. Great for couples with or without children. Beautiful house with heated pool two blocks from the beach, built in 2020. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two bunk beds), a full bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious and bright living room with a wood-burning stove and an integrated kitchen equipped with various appliances (fryer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave). Fenced backyard with large deck, outdoor dining area and grill, all covered. All rooms have air conditioning. Alarm.
