Ristrutturata nel 2010, accogliente, immersa in una campagna ridente. Vicinissima a un ruscello dove ci si può rinfrescare e rilassare. A pochi chilometri dal mare e da Noto città. Perfetta per esplorare la zona del Val di Noto.

Appartamento affaccia su Fonte Aretusa e sul mare del porto grande di Ortigia. Dispone di una camera doppia/matrimoniale, una camera singola, soggiorno/cucina, bagno, aria condizionata, Tv color e free wi-fi , lavatrice e forno. Balcone panoramico per ogni camera. A pochi passi Piazza Duomo nella zona più bella di Ortigia e perciò molto frequentata in estate e nei fine settimana. Visi accede attraverso una comoda e ampia scala. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi.
