An apartment by the sea, with beautiful views of Isla Canela beach. Very good location, with very well-kept common areas. Private parking, paddle tennis courts, two swimming pools, one large and one small for children, open in season, a restaurant in the residential complex open year-round. The apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom with two separate beds, and the possibility of using a sofa bed, a small kitchen but with everything you need, and a terrace with stunning views.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is in a very quiet area by the sea, 50 meters from the marina, 150 meters from the beach and a few meters from the shopping center (restaurants, etc.).
