Condo holiday rentals in Punta Cana Village

It was our 4th stay at Punta Palmera and we love the place! Great place and host was amazing. Very good!

This was a great stay, nice balcony to relax on, we enjoyed the pool everyday, and I got a few workouts in at the gym, which was pretty well equipped. Easy parking access, the beach isn’t far and if you go to the North Marina there are a bunch of restaurants. Great experience overall I would stay again and highly recommend.

This place checked every box not only didn’t match the description. It was insanely spacious. It felt just like home. The place was completely private. Make sure you rent a golf cart to get through the area in Cap Cana . Exploring and finding little private beaches and restaurants was one of the best parts. It will definitely be worth it. The host was extremely communicative and met all of our expectations.. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Ingrid’s place was absolutely amazing! The house was gorgeous, with a view that honestly looked like it came straight out of a postcard. But what really made the trip special was Ingrid herself—she’s an incredible host! She answered all my questions super quickly, fixed every little issue in no time, and was always there when we needed anything. Seriously, she handled everything like a pro and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. Need something? Ingrid’s got you! We felt so well taken care of and relaxed the entire time. I 100% recommend staying here—and we’re already planning to come back! Plus, I’ll be checking out her other listings too, because if this one is any indication, they’re going to be just as fantastic. Kevin and Hector are incredible and embody the true spirit of hosting and hospitality. They are very accommodating and helpful but not intrusive. They want to make sure you have an amazing experience, not just a place to stay. We took advantage of pre stocked groceries, in house massage, and Margarita the chef doing a traditional in home Dominican dinner, all of which were wonderful. (Especially the chef, just phenomenal.) The PS4 was an amazing addition for when we weren’t up to or able to be outside. The unit was stocked well and the beds were comfortable! Kevin has both dehumidifiers and air purifiers in the condo, both of which were super appreciated. We enjoyed dining at Noah, Drago, La Yola, and Juanillo Beach club. Juanillo is a great spot for when you want to be in a livelier atmosphere during the day. The golf cart is a must, don’t think you can skip it. Thank you both for being so kind, helpful, and responsive. If we are ever back, you will be our first choice.

Hetver’s place was amazing and perfect for us! He was very responsive with requests and assistance with everything. His place was very nice and newly remodeled. The place fit our needs. It has a beautiful swimming pool as well and is close to everything else around!

Alexandra was an excellent host, very attentive and extremely polite. My wife and I felt very welcomed and safe when we arrived at your accommodation. And the apartment is wonderful, brand new and very clean and tidy, ideal for those who are passing through Punta Cana, or even those who are thinking of staying a few days. I think the price is even cheap considering all the benefits of the stay. We really liked it.

The apt is just like the pictures, hygienic and has a good location. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and quick to respond. I loved it !!!

My stay at Residencial Playa Coral was truly exceptional. The apartment exudes comfort and understated luxury, with thoughtful details throughout — from the spacious layout and elegant furnishings to the impressive entertainment setup featuring a 60" Sony Bravia TV and immersive Dolby surround sound. Its ground-floor location made beach access effortlessly convenient; stepping out barefoot onto the soft sands of Bávaro felt like a dream. The nearby Jellyfish Restaurant was another highlight — having exquisite seafood delivered directly to the apartment added a lovely touch of indulgence. This residence strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and sophistication. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined beachfront escape.

This place is definitely our favourite family-friendly option in Bavaro, and it always will be. The apartment was fully equipped, with impeccable cleanliness and attention from the hosts that could not have been better. Just minutes from Macao Beach, the complex offers security, tranquility and a social area with a spectacular pool. Every detail made our stay unforgettable. I just want to come back every week to repeat this wonderful experience with my kids! Definitely 10/10 in everything!

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

Fantastic place, exceeded our expectations! Claudia was an amazing host, and the security guards on the property were very nice! Very close to the beach and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone on the fence!

Every day, we had the same comments to share with the wonderful new friends we made: Another day in paradise! The condo was very nice. Not luxurious but Ikea decor nice. It was very cozy and if the weather was bad (which is rare) we were happy to stay in. We cooked at home half the time and it was very adequate. Supermarket was a 15 minute uber ride. The location was ideal!!!! Beach...a one minute walk. Pools? a 45 second walk. We went with suggestions from friends not to rent a car and we used Ubers which saved us a bundle over taxis. Punta Palmera does not provide a lot of information about cap cana and their own space. I learned a lot from locals and I started a social media page "Punta Cana Punta Palmera, Cap Cana, DR tips you’ll only learn here" to share knowledge. This is not like an all inclusiive resort where there is everything to do in one place. Punta Palmera is laid back, non commercial, and extremely private and relaxing. We hope to return soon.
