Ich fühlte mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung war für mich ein grosses Plus - nahe von guten Restaurants, vom Strand und eines kleinen Supermarktes. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich liebte es, das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse einzunehmen. Dabei aber immer auf die Mücken achten! Die Kommunikation mit Javier war perfekt. Auf meine Fragen bekam ich innert kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Die Empfehlungen von Restaurants im Reiseführer von Javier schätzte ich sehr. Ich empfehle allen Reisenden diese Wohnung, direkt am Bassin, zu mieten. Vielen Dank Javier, dass ich dein Gast sein konnte.

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

BEAUTIFUL home!! Nice and quiet area for a relaxing vacation. The beaches were filled with seaweed/rocks but it’s bearable enough to still swim. Every worker was helpful, nice and aided with any question. As with the airbnb, it was absolutely stunning and better than the pictures. The only thing is the water pressure was not working on the showerhead so you had to use the tiny one.

Passei alguns dias incríveis neste apartamento e simplesmente amei a experiência! A casa é exatamente como no anúncio — limpa, organizada, acolhedora e com todos os itens funcionando perfeitamente. Me senti super confortável durante toda a estadia. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo muito para quem busca praticidade e tranquilidade!

My sisters and I loved our little get away. There is a restaurant right in the backyard they played amazing music and live music as well (never super late music ended around 11pm). Her place was nice and comfy and so cute just like the pic. We had no complaints on the air bnb at all. A great place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was great any issues we had Ruffina was quick to help us solve. The villa is a gated community which is great for safety and near many tourists areas. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! My family and I spent a few unforgettable days at Villa Espinal in Vista Cana, and we cant wait to be back soon. The experience was absolutely perfect—from the private jacuzzi in our unit to the amazing amenities throughout the Vista Cana complex. We enjoyed the delicious onsite restaurant, relaxing at the beach, the stunning infinity pool with a bar, and so much more. It truly had something for everyone in the family. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

The house was very nice, spacious, and clean—exactly as pictured. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the pool was the perfect size and very clean—great for relaxing during our stay. The host was super helpful, quick to respond, and even sent us great recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Evelina And Omer place in Punta Cana. The Green Village at Vista Cana listing was exactly as shown—comfortable, clean, and well-located. It was the perfect spot to unwind and explore the area. The surroundings were peaceful, and the amenities met all my needs. Wilson was an excellent host—attentive, respectful, and always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. I truly appreciated his hospitality and the smooth check-in process. Nuestra estadía fue de maravillas, estuvimos cómodos en todo momento, fácil de llegar, equipada con todo lo necesario. Rilquis siempre estuvo pendiente de todo. Recomiendo este lugar 100%. Es un apartamento muy amplio, limpio y muy cómodo.

Excelente lugar para quedarse 100% recomendado para descansar y pasar unos días en familia, los anfitriones son personas super amables que siempre estarán para ayudar, las fotos le quedan corto para lo acogedor que es el lugar, pienso volver muy pronto.

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

Todo fue simplemente perfecto. El apartamento es hermoso, limpio y muy cómodo. La zona es tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Las personas en el área son amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Una mención especial para Gabriela: es muy atenta, responde rapidísimo y se asegura de que todo vaya bien durante la estancia. Gracias a ella nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento.

Lugar súper acogedor y limpio y la afritiona es todo un amor, súper cómodo y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Encantadisima, muchas gracias.

I booked this Airbnb after my flight got cancelled last minute at 3pm and the next available flight wasn’t until 11am the next day. I was a bit skeptical at first but at the end of the day I just needed a place to lay down and relax until my next flight. Let me tell you… the price of this apartment was beyond a steal! You get access to 3 beautiful pools in this gated neighborhood and everything about the place is just so comforting; it doesn’t feel like you’re staying somewhere sketchy in a foreign place. It’s a great space for 2 couples or a small group of friends as there is only one bathroom. There’s a Mexican restaurant 4 minutes drive away called “Los Balazos” just take my word and go have some food there once you wind down you won’t regret it! As far as transportation to the place, uber is much more affordable than a private taxi and is only 15 minutes from the airport.

We stayed 3 nights. The private pool and view is so beautiful! very safe and there's a market right across the street for everything you need. Everyone was very kind can't wait to go back!
